Selection of Products:

We do not give custom application or technical advice, however, we may find the answer to a question about parts we supply. If you order an incorrect part, you are responsible for all shipping of an unopened part which can be exchanged in many cases.
Always use catalog page to verify the part application for your bike and if available the OEM number.
Always use proper tools and we highly recommend that a local technician be contacted for installation issues.
BT (All Touring and most TC-45/74/88/96") and ST Softail® and other models use the letter coding such as FXD for Dyna® or XL for Sportster®.  In the case of pictures, they are representative of the general part and do not necessarily reflect the actual part for your application.

Pricing:

Items on back order may have pricing increased when they arrive and this information is not always available. 

Our policy is to honor the web price if the cost of the product, shipping, and processing fees result in no loss to the company.  If, however, the price creates a loss, we will refund your order in full, or at your option, invoice you for the difference.

Shipping Charge Policy:

We ship to the contiguous lower 48 States FedEx or UPS residential delivery from the warehouse or from our Annapolis Shop.  
We ship V-Twin orders under $399 by the 3rd business day to save you the warehouse handling charge.
Most shipments require a return receipt for the card holders protection, insurance, and tracking.
Often, FedEx, UPS, and USPS use dimensional package pricing instead of weight ((LxWxH)/194). An example would be ape hanger bars. This combined with fuel surcharge would result in a charge for the weight that 'would' fit in the box. 

Items shipped in the contiguous USA Free if on a shipping special, and always if the order exceeds $399.00.  Otherwise, FedEx/UPS Ground Residential Delivery Rates Apply.

Overseas orders and freight must be quoted and invoiced using Google Checkout.
On overseas orders will have additional charges for additional processing, handling, and export documentation.

All overseas orders will ship FOB DDU (Delivery and Duties Unpaid) to port of entry, anywhere in the world!  
If you would like overnight, FedEx, USPS, or UPS, contact us and we will compute the correct shipping and email your invoice for one click payment.

Orders are shipped from either Maryland, New York, Florida, California, or Missouri depending on availability.  
MidWest and Midwest Fasteners from Missouri. Helmets are shipped from Florida.  Some items ship from Indiana or California.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a refund in full where shipping and fuel surcharges will result in a loss to the company.  However, customers will always be given the choice of paying additional freight or just receive a refund.  Always include your correct email or telephone number so we can confirm shipment and tracking numbers.  Batteries, Wheels, Transmissions, Tires, and Chemicals may require additional freight or packaging.  Orders over $399.00 usually ship FREE.

RETURN POLICY (DOMESTIC RETURNS) excluding Helmets:

Refer to the following return policies when returning any item to Narley Choppers.

In most cases, shipping is NOT refunded to or from us.
Impressions that OEM means original Harley Davidson® parts and not Original Equipment Manufactures specification for an aftermarket part does not justify reimbursement for shipping.  Often, the same products manufactured are boxed for our warehouses or for the MOCO.

Items not returnable include all electrical and electronic parts, chemicals, exhaust parts, batteries, tires, digital products, gauges, and all overseas shipments.

A. First and always, contact us within 30 days of your order by Phone or Fax 1-410-263-3161  for instructions.  
If damaged, refuse the shipment or contact the shipper directly.
An RMA number authorizes the return and does not automatically create a credit or exchange for any item. Any parts returned to Narley Choppers that fail to qualify for a return authorization (RMA) number will be returned to the customer at their expense. Narley Choppers reserves the right to decide between exchange, repair, credit, or the return of merchandise in question after our inspection. No refund checks or credits to credit cards on file will be issued. A credit will be posted to the account, which may be applied to future orders. Notify the sales representative about credit when ordering.

B. Items listed only on the return authorization will be accepted by Narley Choppers Any other items will be returned at customer's expense. Returned goods received in damaged condition will be returned to the customer. The return goods authorization number must be on the outside of the shipping box. Do not write the authorization number on the outside of original manufacturer's box. Return of new, resalable merchandise must be within 30 days of invoice. Please return warranty items freight paid to Narley Choppers, 1828 George Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21401.

C. Allow 15 business days for the processing of a return that is completed in house. In some cases, Narley Choppers can­not authorize exchange or credit of a returned part without the original manufacturer's consultation. Some items must be forwarded to the vendor and are subject to the vendor's time table. Please allow additional processing time for these returns.

D. All returns, if resalable, are subject to a restocking charge of  25% by the distributor unless found to be defective. There is no credit on shipping or return freight. If an exchange is being made because of a defect, it will be sent freight paid after we receive the dam­aged part. No returns will be accepted on modified, sanded, drilled, ground, or repainted products. No credit will be issued for labor costs incurred beyond the original invoice price of the product.

E. Shortages, discrepancies, and damage during shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order. No credit will be issued on short­ages unless the correct part is back ordered.  Shipping damage or concealed damage must be reported to UPS or other shipper within 24 hours.  Refused orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee

F. Products less than $19.95 in customer price may not be returned alone.

FACTORY WARRANTY:

Parts are always covered by the limited factory warranty for the product purchased. In most cases, the factory reserves the right to examine and inspect all returns for defects, miss-application, and damage.

WARRANTY:
Most products are covered by a manufacturers defect warranty, that will be determined if there is a problem.

Narley Choppers will not issue credit to the customer until it is determined whether or not a factory credit will be issued. This does not apply to items under war­ranty. When returning a defective part, please include a detailed description of supposed defect. All non-defective prod­ucts will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued.

EXCHANGE ONLY:

Some incorrect items ordered may be exchanged if in resale condition. These will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the purchaser must pay the return shipping and the shipping on the exchanged item.

The following products may not be returned to us:

1. Alternator rotors, electrical or electronic parts, tires, clutch drums with magnets, batteries, new exhaust pipes because of blueing or rusting, chemicals, oils, parts that are not in original packaging, and parts that were installed and removed from the bike. 

2.     All front and rear belts from all manufacturers.

3.     Oil or gas tanks with broken mounting tabs due to vibration.

4.     Consumable items: cables, filters, points and rubber parts.

5.     Parts books, manuals and any other form of book.

Starters and generators returned will be rebuilt or exchanged with a rebuilt unit. Cycle Electric Brand or Generator/Alternator Conversion kits will be sent back to the factory for inspection/warranty.

Carburetion related products, carburetor rebuild kits, petcocks and jets will be accepted for warranty/factory warranty only. No credit will be issued.

Electrical items including Accel, Dyna, Compu-Fire and Crane carry a factory warranty for replacement or repair. Screamin' Eagle Performance and Replacement Ignition Modules and related OE Electrical performance compo­nents have no warranty and cannot be exchanged. No credit will be issued for any electrical item.

Lighting products and mirrors will be accepted for warranty exchange only. No credit will be issued.

In some cases, speedometers and tachometers are warranty exchange only for vibration, not for application or ratio differences up to 1500 miles.

Daytona Helmets Returns/Exchanges

Returns or Exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of purchase and ONLY with a Return Authorization Number (RA #).

All Returns, not exchanges, are charged a 20% restocking fee. All Shipping charges are non-refundable. All Returns or Exchanges must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#),  from Daytona Helmets prior to returning any merchandise. All Merchandise Must Be Received at the Supplier Within 30 Days From The Date An RA# Has Been Issued.

To Return or Exchange merchandise please follow these steps:

Before returning/exchanging any merchandise, you must first obtain a RA #. You can obtain a RA # by calling Daytona Helmets direct at 1.800.452.5745 or by using their online form at http://www.daytonahelmets.com/home/day/returns_main.html.

Once you obtain your RA # from Daytona.  Please repack the merchandise in it's original packaging (the same way you originally received it). Clearly write the RA # on the outside of the package.  (DO NOT write on the manufacturer's box). 

Packages without an RA # clearly marked on the outside will be REFUSED by Daytona.

          Once we receive and confirm the condition of the merchandise, we will then process your request.

Damages:

If you receive a damaged item, you will have 5 days to contact us.  Please contact Daytona Helmets immediately. After 5 days, we will not be able to file a claim with our shipping company. There will be no refunds or exchanges on damaged merchandise after the 5 days.

Warranty

Daytona Helmets extends the following limited warranty:

Coverage

This warranty is applicable for manufacturer's defects ONLY and is good for one year from the date of purchase.  It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or negligence.  Modification of any kind that is made to the helmet by the user or any third party will render this warranty null and void.  This warranty also does NOT cover chips, scratches, abrasions or other damage to the helmet's outer shell and painted surfaces caused by contact of the helmet with another surface or object.

All of the site materials, content, products and services on the site are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
